How long does a build take?
It typically takes 8-12 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the build. Once we estimate your build and nail down all the details we can project a more accurate time frame within those 8-12 weeks.
Do you provide the van?
We do not provide the van but if you’d like assistance with sourcing one we are happy to help!
What services does OC offer?
Our main focus at OC is complete builds. However we also provide consultations for those looking to do a DIY build. We also provide “a la carte” installs for a variety of components. Shoot us an email and tell us what you’re looking to have done.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. We include a 3 year, 36k mile warranty with all of our vans. We stand behind our quality and craftmanship and will be there if something goes wrong or if you simply have questions along the way.
What vans do you work on?
We have experience with Sprinters, Promasters, and Transits. If you have a different van or vehicle feel free to still reach out to us. If it’s something we can do we’ll let you know. If not, we’ll probably be able to refer you to someone who can help!
Do you offer financing?
We do not currently offer financing. We encourage clients to seek their own financing options but are happy to assist in any way we can.
What is the difference between semi-custom and fully custom?
Semi-custom is a floorplan we have experience with or that we know works well. With this option you’re able to choose all of your finishes such as cabinets, flooring, fabrics, colors, etc. With this option you’re able to have some flexibility with the exception of the floorplan. Fully custom is completely tailored to you. If our floorplans don’t exactly check all your boxes, we’ll design a floorplan that fits your needs and lifestyle.
How much does a build cost?
The cost of a build depends on several factors including size, design, components, and materials used. We encourage you to shoot us an email and set up a free consultation and estimate so we can get an idea of your wants and needs in the van. Generally, smaller wheelbase vans start at $60k, while longer wheelbase vans start at $75k.
